I am an impatient but yet have the never-say-die attitude girl. From young, I have a passion for English and it is also the language if speak at home. My parents insist on speaking English at home and I am not allowed to speak other languages at home including dialects. My parents correct me whenever I phrase my sentences wrongly. This enables me to improve my English. Hence, I love English because I am able to score in that subject and even use it in other countries. I like blue and dolphins. I hate people who backstab me as I have found out some people who have backstabbed me. The feeling was quite horrible and I am tolerating them. All of us are in secondary two, why must they backstab me? It really puzzles me.
My family consists of my parents, my younger sister and I. My sister and I always bicker but we always end our quarrels with each other in each room. It is actually quite funny as we quarrel very often and my mother would ask us to go to our own rooms and not face each other since we love to quarrel so much. My friends are all over the world and I even have friends from Hong Kong and even America. I feel very fortunate as I have friends from other countries and I know some of their religions and their countries' cultures and customs. I am still in contact with my primary school and kindergarten friends although we are not together now. We meet up sometimes and share our experiences in schools and at home. It is really interesting to know what happening in their schools and my school. In this way, I can also make suggestions to the school if I find that their ideas are great. My friends in the class are not really considered as friends. It is due to the trust that they made me lose in them. Anyway, in life there are ups and downs and it is how we go and solve them. In class, I still have lots of friends and even other classes, as some friends that I have now are really great. They can also be counted as true friends as they listen and advise me when I am feeling down.
Chong Boon Secondary School has brought me way off my expectations and I am very happy to have the permission to do some things unlike my primary school. My primary school is really strict in attire, behaviour and studies. My current school allows us to express our ideas and take charge of some of the school events. It gives us a chance to be an organiser and allows us to be a leader. Chong Boon Secondary School is my second choice when I chose this school and when my parents brought me to have a look at this school, I was really impressed by the appearance of the school and I lost interest in my first choice. I really like the teachers in this school especially when if am able to learn more things from my subject teachers. This has allowed me to feel at home when in school. I treat this school as my home and I will treasure it throughout my years in this school.
